The essence of junglesuit is to help our customers feel flawless, even when Mother Nature turns up the heat. That means we choose materials that are super lightweight and don't retain heat, and design outfits to ensure you won’t melt into a puddle on a day out.
Almost every fibre used to make fabrics is shrouded in controversy these days, but here's how we are trying to make better choices:
- We spend more to buy only what we need and produce only what we think we can sell. That way there's less waste built into our entire process.
- Our Made in Singapore collection is made from super premium deadstock fabric from Japan - leftovers from textile mills that would otherwise end up in landfills.
- Wherever we can, we choose fibres that have a lower environmental footprint. For example, we use biodegradable Tencel, made with less water than standard artificial fibres, in our One and Done dress and other styles.
- Most importantly, we design styles of exceptional quality that are made to last, because the most effective way to reduce our environmental impact is for our customers to love wearing and keep wearing every junglesuit piece.
